Refund Policy
Version 1.1 · Effective 27 October 2026.
Konformista is made by Fixed Frame Ltd. (company number 820747, 77 Lower Camden Street, Dublin D02 XE80, Ireland). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders made through our website and app. Paddle processes every refund, and a refund goes back to the payment method you used.
- Our 14-day guarantee: every subscription charge. If you change your mind, you can ask for a full refund of any payment for a Konformista subscription within 14 days of that payment: the first payment of a subscription, a monthly or yearly renewal, or a payment for extra seats. You do not need to give a reason. This guarantee is our own promise. It is separate from, and in addition to, any statutory right of withdrawal you have as a consumer (see section 9). It does not cover a 7-day pass (see section 3).
- After 14 days. A subscription payment is not refunded after 14 days, except where the law requires it, where Konformista did not work as described and we could not fix it, or where the Terms of Sale promise a refund of the unused part of a period (when a change during a paid period makes things worse for you, or when we stop offering online activation). You can cancel at any time so that the next period is not charged.
- 7-day pass. A pass starts as soon as Paddle confirms your payment and ends 7 days later, so it is not refunded if you change your mind. Please use the free trial to check that Konformista works with your projects before you buy one. A pass is refunded in full where Konformista did not work as described and we could not fix it, where the law requires it, or where the Terms of Sale promise a refund of the unused part of a period (as in section 2). A full refund ends the pass: the paid features stop on its computers at their next daily check-in, and at the pass’s own end on a computer kept offline. After a refunded or charged-back pass, a new pass waits for a check: a pass bought afterwards for your account, or one that would run on a computer such a pass ran on, does not start until a person has checked it, and then starts or is refunded in full. This lasts 12 months after the refund or chargeback (Terms of Sale section 4). A refund for a pass that did not work as described does not count.
- A full refund ends the subscription. A full refund of a payment, under the 14-day guarantee or otherwise, cancels the subscription it paid for straight away, so it cannot be used to keep a subscription going for free. A partial refund, a tax correction or a price reduction does not end the subscription, unless we agree otherwise with you.
- Refund or cancel. When a full refund ends a subscription, the paid features stop on the computers that used it: at their next daily check-in, and within 30 days on a computer kept offline. Cancelling without a refund is different: it only stops the next renewal, and the subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Free trial. The 7-day free trial is free and needs no payment details, so there is nothing to refund. Nothing is charged when it ends.
- How to ask. Either:
- go to https://paddle.net, find your order with the email address you used at checkout, and request a refund there; or
- email [email protected] with that email address and your order number (it is on the receipt from Paddle). We will pass your request to Paddle.
- Timing. Once a refund is approved, Paddle sends it back to your original payment method. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Your statutory rights. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not limit them. That includes any right of withdrawal under Paddle’s Buyer Terms, and your right to have digital content or a digital service that does not conform to the contract brought into conformity, or to a price reduction or refund where that is not done.
