Data protection

Fixed Frame Ltd. is the data controller for personal data processed through our apps and this site. Our apps run locally and collect no usage data at all. How we handle data, our lawful bases, retention periods and your rights under the GDPR are set out in full in our Privacy Notice. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie).

Governing law

Use of this website and our software is governed by the laws of Ireland. Orders made through our website and app are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for those orders, under our Terms of Sale and Paddle's Buyer Terms, linked at checkout. Your use of the software is governed by the applicable End User License Agreement. Nothing here limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded, including your rights as a consumer.
