System requirements
Desktop apps for macOS, Windows and Linux, plus a Resolve integration.
Platforms
- macOS: a Mac with Apple silicon and macOS 13 or later. The installer is a signed, notarized .pkg.
- Windows: a PC with 64-bit Windows. The installer is an .exe.
- Linux: a 64-bit x86 PC. An .rpm for Rocky Linux 8 and 9 (and RHEL 8 and 9), and a .deb for Ubuntu 20.04 and later.
Konformista and the free Konformer come as separate installers for each platform, on the download page.
Versions
- DaVinci Resolve: 18 or later, Studio or Free. Studio is needed for the full conform and for Send to Resolve, and adds one-click import, live clip navigation and a render queue set up for the return trip. With Resolve Free, export a .konform and Konformer imports it as an XML you finish by hand.
- Adobe Premiere: projects saved by Premiere 14 or later. The .prproj is read directly, so Premiere is needed only to open the finished graded project.
- Flame (beta): Flame 2027 on macOS or Linux, on the same computer as Konformista.
- Baselight (beta): Baselight 7 on macOS.
After installing
Restart DaVinci Resolve once after installing so it finds the Konformista integration. In Resolve Studio, turn on external scripting: Preferences ▸ System ▸ General ▸ External scripting using ▸ Local, then restart Resolve. Workspace ▸ Workflow Integrations ▸ Konformista then opens the Tools palette.
