The common snags, and what to do about them.
The Review window says "Resolve not connected."
Live clip navigation needs Resolve Studio running with external scripting turned on. Open Resolve, then click the red status label to retry. On Resolve Free the window still shows the flags and the list.
The Tools palette isn't showing over Resolve.
With Resolve open, choose Workspace ‣ Workflow Integrations ‣ Konformista, or click Resolve tools at the top of the Project Hub. If it is hidden, click the small K TOOLS pill in Resolve's toolbar, right of the Clips button.
Do warnings mean my conform is broken?
No. Most flags are notes to glance at the result. Only red (Error) items must be fixed before you send. Use the colors to triage.
Should I export a .konform or a plain .xml?
Use .konform whenever the other end can run Konformer: it carries far more of your edit. Use .xml only as a fallback when they can't.
Does Konformista upload my project or change my files?
No, and no. Everything runs locally, and Konformista never changes your Premiere project or your media.
