At the Resolve end
Konformer is the free companion for completing a conform in Resolve.
Load a .konform by double-clicking it, dragging it onto the window, or CHOOSE .KONFORM. Pick where it lands (new project or add to the open one), choose what to include, and click Import — it extracts, reconstructs any trimmed media, builds the timeline and imports it.
Resolve Studio is needed for the full conform: its scripting interface is what lets Konformer author the timeline at full fidelity — accurate retimes, the conform flags and markers, clip colors — in one click. On Resolve Free (no scripting) it falls back to a plain XML import, guiding you through File ‣ Import ‣ Timeline with the media reconstructed first so it relinks cleanly. The XML carries most of the conform, but retimes rebuild less accurately and the warnings and clip colors don't transfer.
After the import, the flagged clips are worked through in the Review window.
